This mindfulness program for groups consists of weekly condensed sessions of approx 40 minutes. Each session consists of mindfulness teachings and a short guided stillness-meditation to absorb and incorporate the offered teachings and tools.
The sessions work best for a group of 4 to 10 people. This could be a management team, a specific department, a project group or just a random group from the staff.
We generally suggest 10 to 16 sessions, but we are happy to discuss the best approach in your case.
