Mindfulness Intensive

This deeply transforming one-day program is designed for a specific team or department of your organisation ( 15 to 30 people ) to fully engage with the  Mindfulness practices.

The program focusses on the implementation of mindfulness at work. New team-sprit, balance, harmony and determination spurs your team and creates renewed commitment to move forward with new projects or any other goals and challenges at work.

This intensive is held at a beautiful conference resort in Apeldoorn.

The day involves multiple teaching and practice sessions given by excellent teachers.

Program:

9:15 : Welcome with coffee/tea

9:30 – 11:00 : Introductory program in which you will learn basic mindfulness principles followed by breathing and meditation exercises  (by Thomas Witteveen)

11:00 – 11:15 : Coffee break

11:15 – 12:15 :  Yoga class in which you wil stretch, elongate and bring body and mind in balance ( by a top yoga teacher )

12:15 – 13:15 :  Lunch

13:15 – 14:45:  Extensive Mindfulness teachings followed by meditation and a question and answer session ( by Thomas Witteveen)

14:45 – 15:15 : Tea break

15:15 – 16:45  : Mindful – singing session to open the heart, followed by meditation  ( By our musician on the piano and Thomas Witteveen)

16:45 – 17:00 :  Closure.
