Mindfulness in the boardroom

Mindfulness before meetings generates an open mind, an open heart and commitment to an outcome that works best for all parties involved. Agreements not based on mutual consent do not last for very long and often turn out to be counter effective in the long run. With Mindfulness we create space in ourselves to be fully present. We will be more focused and at peace. We develop discipline and recognise the moment we should speak out to make our point and the moment when we should allow others to do so. Our heightened awareness and intuition will help us to recognise and perceive the right satisfying outcome based on everyones input.
