I offer my service as a mindfulness coach to help you to move forward.
Self-inquiry and wisdom are usually needed when positive steps forward is asked for. To be well anchored in one’s Self will give you more peace and presence! As a result work will be more fun and you will be more inspired to make the right decisions.

What does this coaching looks like?
I will first help you to become still inside, so you will start to feel, see and hear what is truly going on inside of you. Then comes the coaching part to explore and process the issues that are at hand. After several sessions a new feeling will arise, which will give you great energy to move forward. You will also be given some mindfulness tools which you can use at any time.
