Chair massage is a very easy way to release stress and tension in the body and mind of your staff.
With clothes on, people do receive a 15 or 20 minutes massage with the focus on neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands. The last few minutes of the massage are dedicated to a short mindfulness exercise which will teach people to deal with stress. This unique approach has been praised as being very helpful by all our customers.
Many companies give this massage to their staff on a weekly or monthly basis but of course it can also be a one-time special event.
All our masseurs are licensed by Touch-pro or equivalent level programmes and have a long experience in Mindfulness as well.
